- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- In case of high order volume, processing may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified accordingly.
🚛 Shipping Time & Delivery
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days across India.
- Remote locations may take 5–10 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to factors like weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (or your preferred amount).
- A standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 is applicable on orders below the minimum value.
- Exact shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
📍 Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.
- You can track your order status directly through the courier partner’s website.
🚫 Delivery Restrictions
- We currently ship only within India.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted locations.
📦 Failed Delivery / Reattempts
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:
- Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- After that, the package may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply.
⚠️ Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share unboxing video/photos for quick resolution.
- We will assist with replacement or refund after verification.
