📅 Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
- Products used or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
🔁 Refund Process
- Contact us at support@shekarts.com with your order details
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue (mandatory for approval)
- Our team will verify your request within 24–48 hours
- Once approved, we will initiate the refund or replacement
💰 Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via:
- Bank transfer / UPI
⏳ Refund Timeline
- Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after approval
- It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider
🚚 Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost
- For other cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund
⚠️ Important Notes
- An unboxing video is highly recommended for faster resolution
- Refund requests without proper proof may not be accepted
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy
