At Shekarts, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent refund process.

📅 Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

  • Products used or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

🔁 Refund Process

  • Contact us at support@shekarts.com with your order details
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue (mandatory for approval)
  • Our team will verify your request within 24–48 hours
  • Once approved, we will initiate the refund or replacement

💰 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer / UPI

⏳ Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after approval
  • It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost

  • For other cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund

⚠️ Important Notes

  • An unboxing video is highly recommended for faster resolution
  • Refund requests without proper proof may not be accepted
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy
