Who Pays the Shipping charges for returned products?

  • We offer a pick-up facility for locations that are serviceable by our logistics partners. Our logistics partner will pick up the return package in 2 - 5 business days from the date the request was placed. 
  • If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the products to us by any reliable courier service after raising a return request. Please pack the products and ensure that it is unused and unwashed and all the tags are intact. The return courier charges will be reimbursed by us.

How much time does it take to get my refund?

  • The refund will be initiated within 48 hours of approval from the returns team. The refund takes between 3 to 5 working days to reflect in your account.

Can I return some products from a bundle offer (Buy 2 and Get 1 Free, Buy 3 and Get 50% OFF etc.) and still remain eligible for the offer?

  • No, if you decide to return only a portion of the products included in a bundle offer, the offer for the bundle discount ( Buy 2 and Get 1 Free, Buy 3 and Get 50% OFF etc.) may no longer be valid.

Can I get an exchange for the products purchased on Sale/Offer?

Shipping Policy:

  • We value our customers’ time & money and hence strive to ensure that they receive their purchased product in the finest of conditions, on or before the committed date. In order to do so, we have partnered with leading logistics/courier companies such as Delivery, First Flight, Overnight Express & Ecom Express.

Delivery Timeline: 

  • While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 2-5 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 5-7 working days.

Shipping Charges:

Pan India: We provide free shipping across India. 

  • The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Shekarts reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Sale:

  • Discount coupon codes are not applicable on sale products.

Customized Products/Orders:

  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect with the same. There will be no discount available for the customization cost for any product.

Facetime or Skype call Orders:

  • Products ordered on Facetime or Skype calls cannot be cancelled once an order is placed·      
  • There will be no discounts available on any product purchased on Facetime or Skype calls.
  • Products purchased on Facetime or Skype calls will be eligible for returns or refunds only if there are any manufacturing defects with the same. Accessories are not returnable.

Order delay/cancellations due to delay

  • Given the complexity in production, occasionally a product may not be produced as per the output expected and so we may seek your advice on this matter which may result in your order being delayed.
  • In case our garment construction expert team notices that the measurements you have provided are incorrect or if there is a variation, then we may approach you to cross-check the measurements again. The time taken for these measurements to be re-checked may also delay an order.
  • At any point in time during the garment construction process, the product cannot be cancelled.

Refunds:

  • A cancelled order within 24 hours will result in a credit voucher code for a future purchase or a refund in your bank account. Refunds will be processed in a form of a credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
  • During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns might be delayed slightly.
  • ​Products purchased during Sale will not be eligible for refunds.
